*clears throat* ahem.

So working on my costumes for Sakuracon, this one is inspired by a bit in the manga extras(The episode was in the Anime, just not this part of it) where Chibiusa has a dream that she becomes 'Sailor Chibiusa Moon'; Here's the panel: [link]

I wanted to do something obscure, and this seemed perfect. I doubt anyone will get it, so I'll print off pages of the panel and take them with me to the con.

Translating the colors was the most annoying part. In before 'UGLY COLORS WTF'. The oufit is loosely based on her Summer School Uniform which translates into The outfit in the middle when colored. So red collar, blue skirt. The boots, bun shields and glove puffs will be red. The brooch and tiara gem will be pink.

I have yet to make the gloves, bun shields and cape.
