Prelim sketch for sailor Libra. Yeah, I have no name for her yet, but I'll come up with one soon enough. She is, in fact, blind. Get it? Libra? The scales? Justice is blind? Ahahahahaaa....I'm....NOT funny. e_e;;
Also still working on her colour scheme. But this is what I have so far: Hair: Whitish-blue Eyes: Clear Skirt, Collar: Light Blue Front Bow, Glove Puffs, Choker, Shoe ribbons: Prussian Blue Tiara Gem, Frontbow Gem: Medium blue Back bow: Light pink Bodysuit, Gloves, Shoes, Bandanna: White EVERYTHING is subject to change, right now -sigh- Don't ya just LOVE concept art?? I see lilac purple or something in the color scheme...But then again you might have that color on the other sailors, but I just can't remember...
