I love re-design contests so much. *_*;;
This is a re-design for a Sailor Sakura...she took a bit to figure out. The character (and creator) Has a thing for Peruru, and she comes off as sweet and girly, hence a sweet and girly design. I think it's the glittery headband thing that really ties it in. x3;; Also, I think it looks a little peruru-ish in it's own way. xD I also liked the shoes the character had lots, so I kept those. It doesn't match the fuku style at all, yet it looks so perfect with the design. Hmm. No tiara. There's enough going on already, so no tiara needed. Also, the skirt's a little wierd, but it's like this: Bodice that extends into skirt-esque ruffle -> Pink Skirt -> White, lacy underlayer -> Mint Green/blue skirt. And the gloves are Glove -> Lining -> Ruffle 1 -> Extension of glove and Ruffle 2. I really like the a-symmetrical brooch, tho. And those earrings are REALLY nifty, too. x3 It's 2 AM.
